What is the warranty?
What is the return policy?
We do not have a return policy since the majority of our products are built-to- order. If it is determined by your Customer Service Representative that a product may be returned, there would be a restocking fee plus freight assigned to the return.
What do I do if I have defective or damaged product?
Please contact your local Sales Representative in regards to defective or damaged product. They will want to inspect the product.
Why is there a charge on my Replacement order?
If your Replacement order was issued with a charge, then a RGA has been issued to return the defective product. Once the product is returned via Styline Logistics (only) and inspected, then a credit will be issued for the Replacement order.
