What is the current lead-time?
4-6 weeks on all items except the Outdoor Collections which are 12 weeks and Booths which are 8-10 weeks.
How can I get a list price?

Are you able to do a custom finish color to match another finish color?
Yes, our Color Studio is able to match most finish colors.
Is there a charge for a custom finish?
There is a charge at the time the furniture order is submitted. The charge is $150.00 Net per order, per finish match submitted.
How does the Custom Finish Procedure work?
You must submit a sample of the finish that is to be matched, along with the Custom Finish Form, to your Customer Service Representative. They will then get the request processed through our Color Studio.
How does the Quick Ship Program work?
After receipt of a clean and credit approved order, the product will be scheduled to arrive on or by the 12th business day from day of acceptance. The orders must be marked as Quick Ship and contain only those products and options that are on the designated program.

What is the Euroluxe™ finish?
The Euroluxe™ finish is a chemically re-engineered Urethane clear coat that preserves the beautiful depth and clarity of OFS Brands’ finishes, but allows for much greater performance with chemical and scratch resistance, as well as the complete elimination of dangerous formaldehyde emissions.

What is SilverBan™?
SilverBan™ is a Silver Ion technology which is revolutionizing the approach to fighting the spread of harmful microbes. The SilverBan™ is embedded in the Euroluxe™ finish, and will last as long as the Euroluxe™ finish itself. Its purpose is to inhibit the growth of harmful microbes. This is automatically finished on all Seating and Table products.

The GREENGUARD indoor Air Quality Certified mark assures you that products used to construct, furnish, decorate and maintain your buildings meet some of the most stringent and proven public health standards in the world. All OFS products within wood veneer casegoods, laminate casegoods, conference and seating have achieved GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute.
